Aurora discovered yoga in 2008 to help with the back pain and stress produced by office work. Since then, the mat has traveled with her around Finnish and foreign yoga schools. Aurora, who works full-time in the communications industry, is particularly interested in coping, stress management and recovery from work, and in 2020 she published a book, Good Enough – A Guide to Working Life (S&S). In yoga, Aurora is attracted to the quest for balance through movement and stillness.
Aurora teaches classes in Finnish and English.
