Matilda
I won’t let go of: Continuously pausing to reconnect with myself, reminding myself of the goodness around me and the beauty that exists in this world.
I get inspired by: People who unapologetically pursue their passions. Creative souls who share their joy and authenticity with the world.
Teaching style: Slow and engaging. I focus on loosening boundaries and encouraging students to rediscover themselves, unlocking their potential.
First touch with yoga: Coming from a competitive sports background as a teenager, I found yoga at 13 in my local gym and soon started practicing ashtanga. Yoga helped me deal with pressure, calm my nervous system, and find stillness.
A book that changed my life: You Are Here by Thich Nhat Hanh. As a young adult, I used to carry it with me and read a sentence or a chapter here and there. The book is so simple and makes so much sense.
