This course is a great first touch to yoga. The beginner’s course consists of 5 sections, in which you get to know what yoga is. Each exercise will serve information, movement and stillness in breathing. One exercise lasts about 30 minutes. The videos of this course are available to you for a month and you can do the lessons as many times as you wish.

Who is this course suitable for?
The content of this course is suitable for everybody.
What is yoga like?
The first 4 parts of the course dive into a more dynamic exercise. Gentle dynamic yoga performs a variety of postures and sequences of movements that simultaneously strengthen the body, exercise balance, and increase mobility.
The last part introduces you to the opposite of dynamic yoga – Yin Yoga. A gentle, passive and calm form of yoga.
Who are the teachers?
This course is taught by ROOTS teachers Jenni Räikkönen and Emilia Viherkoski.
