These children’s yoga exercises are designed for mini-yogis. The younger ones in the family (recommended age from 3-9) can do these lessons on their own or with an adult. In children’s yoga, the child’s balance, posture, motor skills and ability to concentrate are practiced while following yoga stories. Children’s yoga also invites children to calm and relax. These yoga stories can and should be done several times – routines and familiarity bring security ♥
