Classes

Our classes are mainly in Finnish, but we offer a few English led classes as well! Below you can find the class types we offer in English.

 

In case you feel like you are able to follow up a Finnish class, come join us! This is however suitable for experienced yogis who require little verbal assistance and cues and can quite independently do a practice.

VINYASA FLOW (eng.) VALLILA (90 min) // tue 17.30-19

Powerful practise where we link movements to our breath. Get ready to play, build heat, strength and flexibility through creative sequencing of challenging postures and shapes. Some earlier yoga experience is recommended.

YIN (eng.) TÖÖLÖ // tue 19.30 -21 

Yin practice takes you deep into your own body by opening up the connective tissues and releasing "chi" energy to balance the body in its natural way. During the practice you will be guided through a sequence of long and static movements with the help of yoga props. Suitable for all levels.

FLOW (eng.) VALLILA // wed 8-9

Flow class focuses on asanas to build up strength in your body. In a flowing practice the movements are combined together led by your breath. This class is guaranteed to warm up your body and increase your body-mind awareness. Some earlier yoga experience is recommended.

SLOW FLOW (eng.) VALLILA // wed 10-11.30

Gentle, yet dynamic class without compromising the amount of sweat. You will challenge yourself with slow, conscious movement and focus on asanas and the transitions without any rush. We build up heat and create space in the body.

YIN&YANG (eng.) VALLILA // thu 17.30-19

Yin&Yang-practise combines the static, yin, and dynamic, yang, elements of life into a vigorous and calming  yoga practise.

SLOW FLOW (eng.) TÖÖLÖ // thu 17.15-18.30
