The bolster is a great help, especially in movements that promote chest mobility and back rotations that are difficult to do without a sturdy bolster. The husk filling can be shaped to a suitable shape for each position, such as wedge-shaped, cup-shaped or any other shape. The bolster improves with use when the filling starts to collapse a little and the cushion is more moldable.
