Roots Helsinki has three yoga studios in Helsinki, in Vallila, in Punavuori and one in Töölö. Our spaces are suitable for weekly classes, courses, various milestones of life or a recretional day. Our atmospheric studio is located on the edge of an idyllic wooden house area.
Our Vallila studio is located on the edge of the idyllic Vallila wooden house area and in the middle of good transport connections.

Location: Our Vallila studio is located in idyllic Vallila with good transport connections. Trams 1, 6, 7 and 8 bring you close to our studio. Buses from Sturenkatu, Mäkelänkatu and Hämeentie will leave you within walking distance. If you arrive by metro, the nearest is the Sörnäinen stop, which is within walking distance (1 km).

Studio: Our studio has two separate yoga rooms as well as changing rooms and showers. We also have a lovely vegan café attached to the studio, which serves all yoga practitioners and guests during café opening hours.

Our Töölö studio is a beautiful place to rest in the heart of the city.

Location: Our Töölö studio is located in the center of Helsinki in Etu-Töölö. You can easily get there by public transport. Trams No. 1, 2 and 8 stop on Runeberginkatu (Apollonkatu) and all trams and buses along Mannerheimintie leave you on Mannerheimintie (National Museum). In addition, the Kamppi metro stop is within walking distance (900m).

Location: Our Punavuori studio is located in the center of Punavuori. You can easily get there by public transport. Trams No. 3 and 1 stop on Fredrikinkatu (150m) or all the buses along Albertinkatu leave you close by.
