Sustainable yoga products
The products in our shop have been carefully curated with years of experience. Whether you are looking to upgrade your yoga mat, dreaming of a bolster to support your home practice, or searching for that perfect gift for a friend who does yoga, you are in the right place.
We have selected yoga equipment from the Finnish company Sarwa Yoga and Yogiraj, a Nordic brand. Additionally, you will find natural cosmetics from Frantsila, a Finland-based and family-owned company, and non-fiction books authored by our teachers, among many other heartfully curated products.
What payment methods are accepted in your shop?
Studio cards can be paid with credit and debit cards, at your online banking service, services like Mobilepay and sports benefits like ePassi, Smartum and Edenred. If you have a gift card or you have transferred money to your account with us, those can also be used.
These also apply to online yoga, with the exception of monthly subscription, which has to be paid for with a credit or debit card.
Yoga products can be bought with all of these payment methods, excluding sports benefits.
Can I return a product that I have ordered?
You have the right to return unopened, unused yoga products within 14 days. If you want to return a product, contact us at info@rootshki.fi
Studio cards and online access can not be returned, but you may choose to have the sum of money returned to your account with us and use it for other another purchase.
Events, workshops and retreats can not be cancelled or returned.
How much are the shipping costs?
Purchases over 120 euros are free of shipping costs. All purchases can also be picked up free from our Vallila location when the cafe is open.
Shipping to a home address is 9,90 € and to a pick-up location 5,90 €.
How long does it take to ship my order?
Orders are processed and shipped out twice a week.
We use PostNord for shipping and their promise is to have an order shipped within two business days from pick-up.

I purchased a studio card, is it activated immediately?
Drop-ins, studio cards and monthly cards are activated from your first booking.
At first the date of activation will be set as the day of purchase, but when you complete your first booking, the date will change into that.
I bought an online access, is it activated immediately?
Online accesses are activated immediately upon purchasing it.
My payment went through, but I can’t find the studio card from my account?
Don’t worry! Sometimes there are updates in the system and things such as may take a while. If you want us to help, contact us at info@rootshki.fi
How can I transfer money into my account?
If you wish to transfer expiring sports benefits into your account, complete the transfer in your app (Edenred, ePassi or Smartum) and send us a screenshot to info@rootshki.fi
We will authorize the transfer and complete it into your account.
Money in your account does not expire, you may use it when you wish.
I bought an access to Yoga & Sauna at Löyly, but I can not see the booking on my account?
A purchase does not equal a booking. You need to make the booking separately through our booking system. Classes can be booked six days in advance.
The product I was looking for is out of storage
Contact us at info@rootshki.fi and we will check whether we still have it at one of our studios.
How do I pay with sports benefits?
You can pay with sports credits (ePassi, Smartum and Edenred) directly at the cashier by choosing it as your payment method. Complete your purchase normally be selecting a product, adding it to your cart, going to the cashier and choosing this payment method.
However, if you have physical sport benefit bills or only a part of the sum, contact us at info@rootshki.fi
How do I use my gift card?
There is a code in your gift card that works as a payment method at the cashier.
Add a product into your cart and proceed to the cashier. You will find a text at the cashier at the top saying ”Do you have a coupon or a gift card?”. Insert your code and the cart will be updated automatically.
Please note that you may use your gift card in parts or pay for the difference with another payment method once you have activated your gift card at the cashier.

Can I purchase a studio card for myself and my partner to share?
Studio cards are always personal and related to one account. However, you can make two bookings for one class and have another person use the other one—with the exception of monthly cards that are always for personal use only.
