This is a physical gift card that we will mail to you or directly to the recipient.

Amount: Choose the desired value for the gift card. You can explore our selection here. The balance can be redeemed all at once or in parts. The gift card is valid for 12 months.

Delivery: This gift card will be mailed either to you or to the recipient, to a home address or a parcel pickup point.
If you want to give the gift card in person, order it to your own address using your own details.
If you would like us to send it directly to the recipient, choose “Ship to a different address” at checkout and enter the recipient’s home address.

IMPORTANT: Do not enter the recipient’s email address anywhere when ordering a physical gift card.
We aim to send all cards within two business days from the order date.

Greeting: If you are sending the gift card directly to the recipient, you can add a personalized greeting. We will handwrite your message on the gift card.

Gift cards can be used for any service or product available in the Roots online store. Gift cards purchased online cannot be used at the Vallila café or treatment room—café gift cards must be purchased separately on-site.
