yoga & sauna at Löyly (eng.)

Come pamper yourself with yoga and sauna! A gentle, unhurried Sunday morning in close proximity to the sea.

The morning begins with a soft-flowing yoga class in Löyly’s atmospheric fireplace room at 9:00 AM. After yoga, enjoy the sauna in Löyly’s stunning setting from 10:00-11:00 (+ a refreshing dip in the sea).

Classes will be held every Sunday morning starting from August 18th throughout the autumn of 2024. You are welcome to join these classes regardless of your previous experience. The instructors are the regular teachers from Roots Helsinki. ♥ Classes are held in English.

Price: 35€ (includes yoga class & sauna). Note! Registration for these classes is done directly through the booking system. Please note that you can only make one booking per user account.
If needed, Löyly provides rental mats and other equipment. Please bring comfortable clothes and sauna gear. Löyly has a shared sauna, so also bring a swimsuit. Please note that cancellations must be made through the system 24 hours before the class starts. Upon cancellation, the payment will be refunded to your Roots Helsinki account to await the next time. ♥
