We have been brainstorming all the possibilities of what we could do during the times of the pandemic. The truth is that the situation is starting to be unsustainable for all of us. Also being isolated from other people and just being at home is tiring. But at the same time we are in a situation where there is no shortcut to happiness.
We will continue online yoga classes as at the beginning of the year, which means a great variety of online classes will be on the schedule throughout the spring. We hope that all of you for whom home practice is possible will stay at your home studios if the situation (and mind) allows it.
We know that there are also some of you for whom it is not possible to practice at home. And yet many miss the yoga practice. That’s why in February, we decided to very carefully open the doors of our studios, especially for those of you who can not practice at home. From 1 of February onwards, we will take small groups (max. 9 people) for some of our lessons. We will review the situation week by week from now on and increase the amount of classes during the spring in stages, as the world situation allows.
At the heart of everything is the safety of each of you and us. We ask and hope that everyone who comes to the studio will wear a face mask. Until you step onto your own yoga mat. And again when stepping off from the mat.
The more patiently each of us follows the instructions, the safer we can gradually return to contact teaching. Each of us has a different view to the current situation, and we may, but we hope that each of us will respect others by following these guidelines. No one wants the corona to last any longer.
ps. Our café in Vallila is open normally.
