Dynamic Hatha is a practice focused on alignment, exploring how your body aligns in different asanas. In this class, we stay in poses for several breaths and examine the anatomy of asanas. The practice is a flowing combination of breathwork, asana practice, dynamic movement, and softness.
In this class, you’ll build strength and flexibility while awakening the generally inactive parts of your body. We recommend that you have some prior experience with yoga, even if you’re just starting your yoga journey. This class also serves as a great refresher on asana alignment for more experienced practitioners.
