Note! Registration for these classes is done directly through the booking system. Please note that you can only make one booking per user account. 

Come pamper yourself with yoga and a sauna experience! Enjoy a leisurely, unhurried Sunday morning by the sea. The morning begins with a gentle, flowing yoga session in Löyly’s cozy fireplace room. After yoga, relax in Löyly’s private sauna (+ a refreshing dip in the sea). The sauna session is from 10 to 11. These sessions are open to everyone, regardless of previous experience. 

The class will be led by Emilia H., a regular instructor at Roots Helsinki.

Price: 35 EUR (includes yoga class & sauna). Please note that cancellations must be made through the system 24 hours before the class begins. If you cancel, the payment will be credited to your Roots Helsinki account for future use. The package must be paid in advance. Please bring your own mat if possible.

The class is held in English and will be available weekly at Löyly, Hernesaari. Reservations can be made through the booking calendar, just like other classes.
