Some of the Vallila classes are livestreamed to home mats. With a free mat spot, you can practice at no cost as a model student in front of the camera. You can focus on your own practice without pressure, and we do not expect you to be perfect at anything. However, we hope that you have some prior experience with yoga. Please note that there is a 12-hour cancellation policy.
