This yoga class is perfect for office workers as well as those who engage in fitness activities. It is specifically aimed at those who may have found their physical activity limited due to work or other busy schedules, and those who want to start a practice that enhances body mobility, strength, and flexibility.
In the classes, we focus on asanas that increase pelvic mobility and open up the thoracic spine. The sequences are not too heavy or difficult, but you can add challenge within your own resources and abilities. The class is suitable for all levels and ages.
We also use props such as yoga blocks and straps to support the body in achieving correct and safe postures when needed.
