This challenging yet flowing and playful class is a good practice for advanced yogis who are familiar with basic asanas. We dive deeper into the breathing exercises and practice regularly inversions, hand balances and other advanced asanas. In this class you will challenge your body, mind, self knowledge and ability to concentrate. This class is excellent for progressing your own practice. Prior yoga experience is expected and this is not a class for beginners. Please also note that this class is not recommended for pregnant yogis.
