This postpartum yoga class is intended to support your rehabilitation with the right posture and feeling more energetic. You are welcome to the class with your baby. The classes are primarily designed for mothers to rehabilitate, your baby can participate in some of the movements or your baby can even sleep the whole hour. You can breastfeed or change a diaper in the middle of the class. You can also attend the class without your baby when you might be able to focus more on yourself, which is very much allowed! Especially if your baby is older and already moving a lot.
You have come to the class immediately after the post-checkup, or even if it’s been a while since you gave birth. The class will be therapeutically gentle. You can also come to class if you have had a caesarean section. The classes have a relaxed and accepting atmosphere, you get to meet other mothers in the same life situation. No previous experience is needed.
In Vallila you can bring the stroller into the corridor through the cafe. At the Punavuori and Töölö locations, we ask that you leave the prams outside. You can take the carrying case with you inside.
