This prenatal yoga class is suitable for every phase of your pregnancy. Each class includes movement and rest, conscious breathing and exploration of innerness. Pregnancy yoga is suitable for any stage of pregnancy and is also suitable for yoga beginners. You will find all the equipment ready at the studio.
Pregnancy yoga is led by Hanna-Mari Nieminen, an experienced yoga teacher, doula and Spinning Babies® instructor.
This class is held in Finnish and can be found weekly at each of our studios.
