Lotta, a passionate yogi and a meditation enthusiast, started teaching in 2004. Her love for yoga has carried for a couple of decades and the practice has been a big support both in everyday life and its storms. In Ashtanga, Lotta is enchanted by its magnificent balancing ensemble, where you get the benefits of exercise, the vitality of breathing and the state of gaze meditation. In addition to Ashtanga, Lotta also teaches other forms of yoga and emphasises a gentle, safe, individualistic approach in her teaching.
