This yoga class is excellent for those who engage in fitness activities.
In the classes, we focus on asanas that increase pelvic mobility, open the thoracic spine, and incorporate twists. The movements are not too heavy or difficult, but you can always add challenge within your own resources and abilities. Props such as yoga blocks and straps are also used to help achieve correct and safe postures when needed.
