A yoga class inspired by a somatic approach and the Scaravelli method. We will engage in varied exercises exploring grounding, breathing, and the diverse movements of the body, all while nurturing each individual’s inner gentleness and strength. The practice calms the nervous system, strengthens the mind-body connection, and helps release the physical stresses of everyday life. The class is also suitable for beginners or those returning to their yoga practice after a break.
