This class is based on Scaravelli yoga. We perform various yoga practices where we explore aspects such as grounding, breath, and diverse body movements – tapping into each individual’s inner gentleness and strength. The class is suitable for yoga beginners or those returning to practice after a long time – in fact, it’s for anyone! The practice calms the nervous system, activates the breath, and strengthens the body-mind connection.
