Barre is a combination of ballet, pilates, yoga and functional exercise. In this lunchtime class, you can expect a fun, dynamic and sweaty mix of pliés, planks and pulsing movements––all done to the rhythm of music and until exhaustion. In a barre class, there is no shavasana or meditation, so the class is 50 minutes of pure movement.
Class is held in English and is found weekly at Vallila, Töölö and Punavuori studios and online.
