Hannah began regular yoga practice in her early twenties as a way to bring more mindful movement into life. As she discovered the many layers of yoga beyond the mat, a deep curiosity was awakened.
In 2024, Hannah completed a 200-hour Holistic Yoga Teacher Training at Awakened Spirit Yoga in Guatemala. What started as a desire to deepen her understanding of yoga philosophy and strengthen her personal practice revealed new perspectives and ignited a passion that wanted to be shared from the heart. Shortly after returning home, she began teaching.
Her desire to continue learning has remained strong. Since then, she has expanded her studies to include nervous system regulation and yoga therapy, both of which continue to shape her teaching approach.
In 2025, she moved to Helsinki to begin a Master’s program at the University of Helsinki, with a heartfelt intention of continuing to teach in her new home.
Hannah’s approach to yoga seeks a balance between effort and ease, recognizing that we need both to truly experience either. She aims to create classes that are inclusive, authentic, and holistic, holding space for each individual’s unique needs. She seeks to offer a practice that extends beyond physical movement, one that connects body and mind and reveals inner wisdom, drawing inspiration from ancient teachings. For Hannah, yoga is a tool for cultivating a resilient and compassionate connection with ourselves and others, bringing grounding and inner peace into a fast-paced world.
Hannah teaches in English.
