Nina
Nina teaches yoga, is an activist by heart and by trade, and a mother to three kiddos. She’s taught yoga for a decade, starting off in the realm of vinyasa flow and gradually slowing down to juicy slow flows, authentic flow and embodied yin.
She got certified as a prenatal and postnatal yoga teacher when she had her first child. Since then she’s carried on that path and is now also a reflexology baby massage instructor, lactation counselor and co-creator of the Motherlover affirmation card deck for new parents.
Nina’s classes are playful, inclusive and often incorporate stories, poems or card decks. She is currently studying somatic therapy, which is a great tool in both yoga and social justice work. She enjoys daily rituals and micro luxuries (like that first morning coffee or the feeling of finding a particularly good tomato). She believes in creating rituals and fostering community, the power of Nick Cave and also that the body knows best.
Nina teaches in Finnish and English.
